Return & Refund policy

If you received the watch straps or tools and do not like it, we will allow returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receipt of the items. Please email us directly at admin@masakistraps.com to discuss with us on the return and refund/exchange. 

We will undertake to refund customers upon receipt of the items (minus the shipping fee). If the return is a special custom order, please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply. We hope you understand that Special Custom order are specially designed for each and different customer and we even provide pictures of the custom strap before we ship out.

We will fulfill our customers with utmost satisfaction.

Shipping, handling and insurance

Worldwide delivery by EMS (Express Mail Courier) or AirMail Registered or Couriers which the customers advised on. For full insurance coverage, we will have to declare the full amount of the straps purchase price.  Delivery takes about 7-14 working days to most countries. Any insured item that is lost will be refunded after investigation is completed by the insurance company.
